Return Policy

Compass 120 Apparel only accepts returns and issues payment refunds under the following conditions:

  • You are within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your item(s); and
  • The item(s) in which you are returning have not been washed or worn.

If you meet the above requirements, please take the following steps.

1. Contact us at returns@compass120.com. Indicate the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.  Also, please make sure to place your Order ID in the Subject of the email. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 2 business days.

2. Upon returning merchandise, please keep returned items in its original packaging (if applicable).

3.  Allow 14 business days for us to receive, inspect and process your returned merchandise. Please note that a $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

4. We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged upon processing the return. Please note that any initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. In lieu of a refund, please note that items can also be returned in exchange for a gift receipt for yourself or any person of your choosing. For more details, please contact returns@compass120.com.

Exchange Policy

Compass 120 Apparel will issue a full exchange of an item(s) under the following conditions:

  • You are within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your item(s);
  • The item(s) in which you wish to exchange is the wrong size/shirt color
  • The item(s) in which you wish to exchange have not been washed or worn.

If you meet the above requirements, please take the following steps.

1. Contact us at returns@compass120.com. Indicate the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.  Also, please make sure to place your Order ID in the Subject of the email. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 2 business days.

2. Upon exchanging the merchandise, please keep exchanged items in its original packaging.

3.  Allow 21 business days for us to receive and process your exchanged merchandise.

4. In lieu of exchanging, please note that items can also be returned in exchange for a gift receipt for yourself or any person of your choosing. For more details, please contact returns@compass120.com.

**Compass 120 Apparel is not responsible for any lost returns. We highly recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.**
